When you are involved in a quality improvement team or project, there are 4 fundamental principles that should be applied to improve your success rate.
1) Be enabled 2) Be focused 3) Make sure 4) Use common sense 1) start the project on good grounding, have management support, budgets, right team, ensure the team knows what the project is, get people involved who are directly affected by the change, have the right project leader. Ensure the team has the level of authority to make the changes. Thoughts?

Thanks for thought provoking post. Should we consider "good grounding" to mean careful planning? Your thoughts and ideas? Blessings, Lakota
