I've seen a lot of spider diagram of audits. Personally I do like the spider, but I do also like a value beside it. Just ticking the box seems to be OK, but you can't deviate the improvement or disimprovement..

Thought your comments we interesting and helpful, adding another option to the hekping assistance Haz offered as well.

the companies that I have worked used to carry out work envirionment audit like the temperature setting of the A/c, light avialable, noise level, seating arrangement -proper use of ergonomics principles is being done and so on,in the service sector and also in the mfg space.

These are all very specific checks that will fall under the umbrella of legislative and regulations, the key with these is you must do them even if your company is not certified to ISO18001 or ISO14001, a fact a lot of companies over look.
