Knowledge Sharing and Knowledge Management

There is a most wonderful posting and discussion ongoing in the forums regarding this topic of knowledge sharing and knowledge management systems. Check it out by clicking on this link.

http://www.treqna.com/forum/showthre...nges-4865.html

Having read end to end all the postings I found that I had much to say regarding the discussion.

I have developed a 15 page article for you to download -- think about and offer up your thoughts. Felt it better to post in my blog so this topic wouldn't get covered over with another posting and lost in the struggle.

The first attachment is an article by Yogambala, followed by my article. We hope you enjoy both and each causes more thought on these topics -- thoughts you are willing to post comments on in the forums.

Yogambala and I look forward to sharing ideas with you.

Blessings to all,
Charles Wilson, Ph.D.

    Saurabh,

Yogambala and I certainly do thank you. It was our intent to bring more discussion to the table regarding this critical topic.

Hopefully it will provide all with more opportunities to learn and perhaps apply some of this information to assist their organizations improvement efforts. More over, perhaps some will be assisted in gaining some new level of leadership insight or wisdom that will be with them as they too coach and mentor other through their casreers.

Thnaks for following this blog and for taking the time to post a reply. Those are always welcomed.

    Blessings,
    Lakota
