2nd Quarter Goals Update
Posted 07-08-10 at 20:36 by Lakota
I have taken yet another look at my achievments regarding the goals I set for 2010 and announced here at TreQna.
Many of us made goals claims during the first part of the year, when we were excited about the chance to start a new year and achieve things we considered important.
I have written my progress regarding my goals for 2010. The thought here is to share experiences and perhaps to encourage others to reflect on their goals -- where do you stand on the things you said you would deliver this year?
You can find my scorecard attached -- if you care to read it.
Thanks for following this blog. Blessings to all,[/COLOR]

Charles Sir,
Wonderful and enlightening stuff out here in the PDF. I never really thought of tracking my goals systematically as you have done here. Possibily I need to start this myself. don't know if I will actually start getting my goals this way, but definitely it's worth a try.
Thanks a lot for sharing this with all of us in a shared forum.
Best Regards,

Saurabh,
Appreciate you comments. Yes, it is a proven fact that writing and executing your goals leads to success. Go to TU and locate the article, "A Dream is Not Enough" for more insight. As well, I have a wonderful on line class, "Managing Performance Excellence" that teaches this and many other "success formula's". The information course can also be found at TU.
It would be my advice to you and all others that desire to become successful in all they do to get actively involved in goal attainment proceses. Thanks again for the comments.
Best Regards,

Lakota - thanks for sharing this honest and open self appraisal with the community here... Most happy to see that one of the most important goals (for anyone, for that matter) is on track - "Work to balance my life spiritually, mentally, socially and physically".
We all too often give up one of these for the other and lose that equilibrium...
Having said that, the PDF reveals that you sure are a busybee and that just makes me appreciate the time and effort you are putting into TreQna as that much more valuable, so thank you for that, as always.

netneanderthal,
Thanks for your kind words. I take my responsibility as a BOD of TreQna seriously. I am of the mind set it is I who should model the behaviors we all share with others. As we assist in growing the leaders around us, this business means to me that we should "show" as well as "tell" others how to go about certain leadership efforts.
Setting goals is certainly an important part of life -- work and personal. Learning how to leverage goal setting anda goal attainment process is critical to one's success. What better way to stay the course than posting my goals publically and then holding myself accountable by sharing them with fellow TreQnaites -- effectively making each my mentor and coach?
Thanks again.
Blessings my frien,
